Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral?
No, you don’t need a referral. If you do have a referral or any documents from your GP or consultant, please bring them along or send them ahead of your appointment so I can review them.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book easily via this link. Just click to schedule your session.
Do you offer same-day or urgent appointments?
I’ll always do my best to accommodate same-day or urgent appointments, depending on availability. With late night and weekend slots, I can usually be flexible to fit your needs.
What should I expect from my first appointment?
Expect a thorough assessment and, where appropriate, some hands-on treatment. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your condition, a tailored plan, and detailed guidance on next steps.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I currently accept WPA, Helix, AXA, Vitality, and Aviva. If you’re with another provider, feel free to ask.
Do you offer block booking discounts?
Block booking discounts are available for personal training (packs of 5 or 10 sessions, prices available on request). For physiotherapy, we don’t offer block bookings, each case is unique, and your plan will always be tailored to your needs and stage of rehabilitation.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a charge.
Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely. Chaperones or companions are welcome, just let us know when you book or before your appointment so I can make arrangements.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there’s plenty of free parking available on site.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area we’ll be treating. For physiotherapy and massage therapy, it’s important that I can see and work on the affected area, so you may be asked to adjust or remove certain items of clothing. Your comfort is always my top priority, and I’ll make sure you feel at ease throughout. If you’re unsure, just wear something you can move easily in (like shorts, a vest top, or loose-fitting clothes), and we’ll discuss what’s needed when you arrive.
